"The hotel is great for a city break . Its very nice . There was limited access for disabled people , the lifts are small and the pool area did not accommodate disabled people. It was difficult to move around the area. "

"Easy to find with Sat Nav. Plenty of on site secure parking. Less than 5 minute walk to other eating or drinking establishments although we ate at the hotel and the food and drink prices were very reasonable. Staff very helpful. Room very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended "

"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. Extras like parking and drinks in the bar are expensive, though."
