"The close proximity to the BP Plus Live was a huge bonus (as well as hotels free car park) though it was not a 5 minute walk as stated by staff - the entrance was more like 12 minutes. The noise of the train was annoying. On the plus side the evening meals were very good and reasonably priced. "

"Over all the stay was nice 👍 had a little trouble with the key card but reception staff was very helping and courteous. The Toilet in the room could use a little sorting out doesn’t flush very well 100% but it does after a few flushes maybe maintenance should check it out. The vending machine gave me a bit of trouble but eh security guy assisted me and I got my sprite to drink. Well I like the price paid for my stay hope to book this same hotel when I come back to Birmingham again. My rating on a scale of 1-100 I give this hotel An 80% Start rating wise from 0-6 stars I give it a 4.75 stars But Again thanks to the staff and Management for the hospitality. Cheers"
