"Tucked away just off the busy Wyle Cop and therefore instantly accessible to the wonderful offerings of Shrewsbury, Darwin's Townhouse is comfortable, clean and quiet. And when I say comfortable, the bed is great, had a brilliant night's sleep. We didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but have heard good things so we'll save that for next time!"

"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"It is a very nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast is second to none and there is plenty of parking. Close to the M6. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing i have some criticism is that the TV is way too small. You had to sit on the end of the bed to watch it. WiFi reception was very hit and miss, but propably accepted due the location of the property."

Location good although we didn’t have the chance to explore as we were meeting friends for a Christmas lunch the next day. Room was nice and warm and the bed comfortable. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

We had an issue wuth one of the bedroom doors but was resolved for us to be ble to use that same ecening.
