I’ll just list positives and negatives :Pros : quant place to stay, felt very safe, there are neighbors as listed but we only saw them once, super great to have a fenced in area to let our kids roam and get their energy out and a trampoline, a huge plus having a washer and dryer on site, toilet paper being on hand was also super great. "Helena's condo was perfect for our family of four. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, convenient to the pool and the property walking paths. Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!"
