"Our family of seven enjoyed our weeklong stay at this beautiful home in a residential area of Kailua. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Safeway market was walking distance for supplies. The backyard has a lively pool and spa. There’s a beautiful beach a 20 minute walk from the house and the town of Kailua is a short drive. Beach towels & chairs were provided too. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful home.."

"We stayed at Kawela Kai beach house for a week from 1-15-25 and were very pleased with the house. It was clean and everything that we had expected. Sarah was great in fulfilling a couple of requests we had and followed up with them promptly. The location was ideal for us being close to the area shrimp trucks and points of interest. If we return to the North Shore we hope this house will be available."

"The location was great. It was very quit and the grounds were beautiful. The description was not clear, it did have two bedrooms (1 was very small) and it listed two bathrooms, only one was in the unit. The other was downstairs by the pool. Also the kitchen was not stocked well, especially glasses. We did have a great time and again the location was wonderful."

"Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! We ran out of toilet paper about halfway through but that’s prob because.we had a larger party. The grocery store is only 7 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. We...

"Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property "

"The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful."

"Upon walking in someone said it’s like being on a boat. The expansive windows make you almost feel you’re in the water. Peaceful and quiet except for the sound of waves. Close to everything you need including the Breath of life show at the PCC across the street. The view of the mountains and sky was magnificent. Crab catching (and releasing) plus turtle watching at night. Loved our time there. "
