"The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were a plus and the outside shower. Loved having the beach across the way and loved the porch for morning coffee. Had a perfect stay and would book again. Everyone enjoyed themselves. "

"The best part of the vacation was the beach which was very close and great for swimming and just enjoying. The lower level apartment was comfortable and well appointed and close to the beach where we could watch amazing sunrises and full moon rise. The lanai was spacious and had good views. The apartment had many fans and a wall of windows to compensate for lack of cross ventilation. The "

"I struggle to give our stay a 4, but technically speaking, everything was satisfactory. It was just old and tired. The floors, kitchen, & bathroom were clean, but the BBQ needs a thorough cleaning. The linens & towels were clean but very used. The fabric shower curtain was mildewy (granted there was a new, clean plastic liner). The kitchen supplies (pots, pans etc) were a mix of cracked teflon coated pieces. Screens & screen doors need attention. That said, we’d stay there again because of the...

"This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...

Just across the street from Kailua beach and a short walk from a beautiful hike to the pillboxes overlooking Lanakai. We couldn't have hoped for a better location! Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. "The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. "We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. "The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure!"

"Such an amazing North Shore home away from home! Could not have been more perfect! Very well appointed house on the water. Epic waves and sunsets! Traffic on the North Shore was the only downside of our visit. I'd highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. "Listing accuracy was so/so. Some items included in listing were only available upon request (with response times sometimes being up to 24hrs)Host response time was the biggest issue. Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. Also had to ask host multiple times to fix an incessant beeping coming from a low battery fire alarm on the second floor, to which in the 7 day stay time was never fully addressed or fixed"

"The place was a little old but clean, pool area great, not very close to Groceries so be prepared for a walk. The elevators were a long wait sometimes up to 15 minutes so even not going your way get on because the next won’t be for long time. I found get up early,early and then easy ride"
