"Directly on the beach..Sat and watched sunsets every night. Tide pools and a beach you could take a short walk on and a Lani we ate on most nights. Our favorite North Shore beaches just minutes away. Only suggestions would be a little updating..but for the price point, nothing unexpected. Roosters could be re-homed…lol. but typical for North shore. We lived on Oahu years back…so we know where to stay..and this is the place if you are focused on beachfront and North Shore. Mahalo."

"Property is brand new and in immaculate condition. The ocean is literally out the back door and the location is an easy drive to all north shore beaches and activities. Josh was very easy to communicate with and provided tons of local food places for our trip. Highly recommend staying at this property "

"This was the perfect location and condo for our family of 5 to explore the North Shore for a few days. Condo is spacious and clean and equipped with all you could ask for: snorkling gear, skim boards, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.It is located centrally so you can call it a home base to explore La'ie and the PCC on one side and all the great beaches on the other side.Although we stayed 4 nights, we did not have enough time to take advantage of all this location has to offer, like tennis,...

"My brother, and I paid for a two bedroom two bathroom hotel and when we confirmed and paid the pictures showed us a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. When we were trying to check in they had a 1 bedroom apartment this was a complete scam and misrepresentation! I will be reporting this owner to the police and authorities if my money it’s refunded to us we didn’t even stay there! Terrible service "

"We used the Sea Breeze Villa and Manor for a family reunion. Everyone loved the views, hot tub and relaxing atmosphere. "

"Upon walking in someone said it’s like being on a boat. The expansive windows make you almost feel you’re in the water. Peaceful and quiet except for the sound of waves. Close to everything you need including the Breath of life show at the PCC across the street. The view of the mountains and sky was magnificent. Crab catching (and releasing) plus turtle watching at night. Loved our time there. "
