"We come to lake placid often and stayed here before. Room service messaging is confusing and the front desk person was arguing about it which did not leave a great impression. Someone should correct the grammar of communication. The facility itself is renovated, decent size rooms. Traveled with our baby and my service dog. "

"We had a wonderful time, the hotel it's really close from Whiteface MTN if you like to go to ski. But the restaurant it's something else amazing food and atmosphere I really recommend this place. Hopefully they will update the hotel rooms a little bit they're not bad but they can be better. ."

"We had an amazing three-night stay at Ledgerock Lodge. From the start, Mr. Rogger and his son made us feel right at home, like part of the family. The view from our balcony was incredible, looking out at the Whiteface Mountains and the beautiful fall colors. Evenings by the campfire were so relaxing, and Mr. Rogger joined us for a chat, which made the experience even better. Our kids had a blast, especially with the cozy outdoor setup and the grill where we cooked fresh groceries. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made our stay special. We’re definitely coming back for ski season!"
