"The room was a very small single with bathroom en suite. It was in a clean condition with Wifi, tea/coffee, hairdryer and safe were provided as well as a range of bathroom items. The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. Staff were helpful and a pretty basic breakfast was available for a modest price. I had difficulty operating the heating/AC system with both a wall AC unit and radiator with separate controls,...
