Everyone was friendly... painters doing the hallways, front desk person who asked how breakfast was as i passed by, cook/server at breakfast who offered to make fresh omelet to order and brought it to the table. Only 3 stars on eco, as Styrofoam or plastic cups were provided for bathroom, juice and breakfast (though coffee mugs were right nearby and could be used so that helps), and i think for in room coffee too.
