This hotel looks and feels creepy needs renovation, on the website of Expedia it saids free breakfast there was no breakfast the ground was dangerous and slippery to walk on as there was snow on the facility and no one clean, when it was time to check out there was no one in the front I kept knocking yelling if anyone was back there 20 mins waiting until a staff came out who was sleeping in the back I was very frustrated as this place is unprofessional, there are no phones in the room if you need to contact the front desk, this hotel felt like homeless people stay there and for maybe one night stands I’m just glad this was just for one night as we had just came from Holiday Inn which was 3 nights and we decided to stay an extra day but decided to try a different hotel for 1 night and this hotel was the worst ever the only thing I liked about it was the Jacuzzi, other then that I would not stay there ever again!!

I did like that they helped me to have a couch in the room so my husband who has health concerns could have another place to sit beside the bed. No one was at the desk when we arrived at 2pm but called for someone to come out. The beds were comfortable but things around the room were in disrepair. Also, they didn't have a breakfast which was advertised.

Checking in is sketchy. Dirty sofas everywhere and filthy kitchen. Don’t think housekeeping even goes in that area. The smell that the hotel has is disgusting. Smells like mold and curry combo. Bedding also has a smell never the less towels were stained. The light in the bathroom had sensor on it and only last for a second leaving you showering in the dark. Stayed one night and never never again. Don’t bother booking it looks nothing like the pics. Never the less snow was not even cleared from parking areas. Definitely needs a complete renovation. Don’t bother booking

Overall a good hotel. Nothing super fancy. Pool was alright. Rooms were nice. Hotel feels outdated when you walk in. Affordable but expect to get what you paid for. A hotel room with outdated microwaves and fridges. This hotel could use a make over!

Room was outdated and dirty. Tiles were cracked around the jacuzzi. There was no hot water when we checked in and had to wait for maintenance. The area was very convenient.

This hotel is below standard . Broken and unsightly window treatment. No coffee marker in room, no hotel breakfast set up. Very low pressure showers, motion sensor lighting in bathroom turns off quickly, leaving you showering in the dark.

The staff was very nice. However, I found a HUMAN HAIR on the bath towel!!! And I am sure the hair was not from head!!! Unbelievable! The bed was used, not washed!!!
