"My stay at Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre - East Mountain, was great. It was relaxing and pleasant to experience a big size pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was sufficient and front desk was helpful. The rooms needed a bit of upgrading but the stay was accommodating. Thank You "

"Most staff were so polite; however, when I checked in, someone was at the front desk and did not acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be right with me. I had to wait until someone else came to help me. If that was not her job to check me in, that is fine, but at least acknowledge me. The rest of the staff were quite accommodating. The stay was very comfortable."
