Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Best hotel in Cork city. Welcoming staff, very helpful. Good dining and bar options. Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. Gym is subpar for a 5 star hotel, I think that the owner must not be a fitness lover."
