"Very spacious room "

"Rooms look old and need updating. Only 4 channels on the TV and the TV itself was a really old model, no chance of casting to it to cover for the lack of channels. When we arrived at 3.45pm we were told that in no uncertain terms that check in time was 4. There were loads of people around reception waiting for their room to be ready. Breakfast was generally a poor experience. On the first morning we waited 20 minutes to get the food after ordering it. We ordered more toast, waited 10 minutes...

"This property is right off the highway - for travelers from Ireland to Northern Ireland (UK) so there's not much around the property. The property is clean, well-appointed, nice bathroom and safe and oriented to traditional business and leisure travelers. Breakfast was included, asking with tea and instant coffee and some biscuits in the room. However, I've noticed that the good hotels seem to put those with the reasonable Expedia rates on the first floor or less desirable locations - likely...

"We were in Ireland visiting family when we got stuck in Drogheda late. We called the hotel to see if they could help us out since we simply couldn't get to Galway that night. The hotel was very rude and didn't do much to help us with the problem. I understand having cancellation policies, but this one seems to strict. I went online and it was clear the hotel didn't lose out on a reservation since they still had vacancies. Oh well. "
