"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. While the view was good, the room is located near the parking garage entrance and the laundry. I would never have booked this room if I knew it's location. Also, the room...

"The Imperial was perfect for our stay, though my friend’s bedding had some stains on it and as the hotel was under construction it was a little rough round the edges but the staff were brilliant and we felt well taken care of. "
