Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Some of the rooms are old but maybe they are upgrading as when we requested that we needed a walk in shower we got a room that had a newer bathroom & bedroom. Food was great in the restaurant! Breakfast is sit & be served with a good selection on the menu. I stayed here for an event & the food at the event was also great so hats off to the chefs! "
