"The apartment was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a fantastic location with the address bonus of outside space on its roomy balcony. Only a few minutes walk from a tram stop and very close to the canal district with all of its bars and restaurants. The keys need to be collected from and dropped back off to a shop 5 minutes walk away, so that was no hassle. The owner was very responsive and incredibly helpful with all of my queries and requests. We couldn't have asked for better. "

"I turned up and had no way of getting in, no information of entry before arrival and no reception/entrance for people that dont live there permanently to speak to someone. I called the contact and was just told they had no booking and nothing they could do, they also said this accommodation was not currently being offered to stay in/book to stay in! Had to book another hotel"
