"I mentioned that it was our anniversary and our host had a hand written card, balloons and little treats with a bottle of wine. So thoughtful! The room was immaculate, beautiful bed, little table and the kitchenette was perfect for my morning cup of coffee. Bathroom has a nice amount of space as well. It’s about a mile off Main Street. Very easy access to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend!"

"Home was small, but perfect for a couple. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The bed was quite comfortable, there were multiple pillow and blanket options on the bed and in the closet, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is recently renovated, and the shower was nice. Would definitely stay again."

"The layout was exactly what we were looking for. The kids had a blast all staying in the bunk room and loved getting to play out back and with the electric guitar. "

"Very quiet neighborhood an very close to the shopping on Main Street. It could use a new street lamp at the end of the street. The house was very clean but the bed is past its prime. The TV in the living room needs to be replaced as it is the size of a computer screen. But over all we would return again "

"We loved this cute little house for our stay while cheering on our favorite marching band at UIL State!! We were super excited to see bikes…until we realized there wasn’t air in the tires and couldn’t find a pump. lol. The walk to the Alamodome was quick and not too scary, even at night. We will hopefully be back again next year! "

"When you come to Fredericksburg, you usually come for the shopping and the wine and the experience. It’s nice to have a comfortable little cottage to come sleep in and just relax when you aren’t doing those things. It’s quaint, but very cozy. They have snacks, everything you need for a good cup of coffee, hot showers, which is a must. I would say the only negative thing for me personally is the pebble walkway. Wearing boots and heels and trying to get your luggage in and out that rolls, can be...
