"The hotel was lovely, very comfortable and friendly. Reception staff (especially Tess!) couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed our cocktail and great selection of vegetarian small plates in the rooftop bar and sitting round the fire in the lobby. Unfortunately we arrived in an unexpected cold snap (-10C with windchill making it feel like-16C) so we left a day early to avoid driving in the freezing dark. Everyone was really helpful in facilitating that and ensuring we received the refund. Will definitely go back one day when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the rooftop bar outside! The only thing I would change is the cost of (valet) parking ($54 per night seems a lot and you can’t just go and get stuff from your car when you want)."

"This hotel is just what i was looking for. The room waa a great size with a flow to it to was really well thought out. The sound isolation between rooms isn't wondeful but it wasn't bad enough to be a deal breaker. I would happily stay here again! The staff were at the ready to help in any way they could."
