"What an adorable house, and it's so close to the action! The house is within walking distance to almost everything, and it has everything you could need: a well-equipped kitchen, wifi, soft beds and fluffy pillows. The back patio is super cute, but we didn't partake due to the chilly weather."

"The property we stayed in is one of a group of cottages that encircle a parking lot off main street with a fenced area for a shared greenspace, pool and hot tub. Geese on the Gibbons is in front of the hot tub, which we used two of the three nights. Perfect for November! It is a very nice oversized king bedroom with a kitchenette and sitting area by the TV. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. The kitchenette had a few dishes, coffeemaker, microwave and dorm size refrigerator....

"Clean and comfy, perfect location for us… only bad part was could not adjust temp in house,and only two burners worked on stove so making a meal was hard and only had one rack in oven"

"Everything was as described and it was an amazing stay! We were going back and forth to the Civic Center and it was a great spot for that. Very close to groceries and restaurants as well. The hosts were friendly and very responsive! "

"Really like the location and quiet of the property. Very private. The front door knob was loose, and the inside fireplace grate needs to be replaced. I would also suggest some sort of turn in indicator off of the main road. Perhaps a collection of different headlight reflectors. It is very dark and hard to see where to safely turn off the main road."

"Our visit was a surprise anniversary trip that my friends helped plan and be a part of. We enjoyed every minute in the house, inside and out. We all said we’d definitely stay at The Rosemary again. So close to everything we had planned, and all super cute and perfect amount of space for our 4 person group. "

"We loved staying at the "Just Peachy" house! The three king beds were so comfy, the hot tub and backyard was fun, and the house was clean and cozy. We will stay here again next time we are in Fredericksburg. Thank you!"

"Great property. Loved our little cabin and was just what we needed. Very clean and cozy. Only downside is our cabin was one of a few that don’t have parking right outside, but it’s just a short walk over to the lot so nothing major. Very much recommend if exploring downtown !"

"The house was as described. Cute as could be. We didn't use the amenities of the kitchen but it had cookware and plates etc. All set up very nice. I did struggle with the front door lock coming in and going out but my husband was able to work it. AS we were there for a wedding if the main bedroom, which had great closet space - had a higher bar for the clothes that would have made it nicer. But the host did say if we needed anything to let him know and he was always responsive. So no complaints...
