"I had a wonderfully pleasant man checking me in; however, after assigning me a room in the west tower, he gave me a parking QR code that only worked in the lot at east tower. It was a huge inconvenience to carry our luggage that distance and then to go to the desk to later get a QR code for the lot in the tower we were staying."

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was all exceptional. We had a problem with the 4th floor where our rooms where smelling of smoke from the wood burning fire pizza oven on the 8th floor. The hallway and the rooms smelled of this smoke. We couldn't be moved due to hotel mostly full. The front desk did try to make it a better situation with providing a complementary breakfast for all four of us. When I got home my clothes in my suitcase even smelled of the smoke.
