Location is great. My room was very cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Service was mixed. Most staff members were glued to their phones and were not particularly helpful. The night manager was kind and helpful (also super stylish!) and got me a heater and extra blanket. Valet parking is expensive but expected for a downtown location.

The property was unique in its own way. What I did like was the Modern industrial look and the staff was helpful and friendly. What I didn't care for was the Room was small and the heat didn't seem to be working very well. Also the restaurant has potential but the menu selection was small.

LOVE this hotel! My only complaint is that they have no signs indicating that valet costs $40 per night, due to the location and layout it made it seem like valet was mandatory. Besides that, loved it!
