"We booked this hotel strictly for the pool. My kids really wanted to swim for their birthday. We has two other families also book so they could swim with their cousins. A few of us only wanted to use the hot tub, which is why we went with this property and not a different hotel. However, the hot tub didn’t work, which was very aggravating. "Like every other time I have stayed at a Hampton Inn, this one was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free hotel breakfast was nothing to get excited about, but most free hotel breakfasts aren’t, so I wasn’t really bothered by that. The only hitch in my stay was the fact that I apparently got checked in before I even arrived, so I had to wait in the lobby while they went to my room to make sure there wasn’t someone else in it. "the first room they gave us smelled like a skunk had sprayed it but when I went back and told them, they did give us another room. the beds were comfortable and it was close to the Expo Center where we were attending the farm show. The bathtub was nasty, they had a mat down and pulled it up which pulled up the enamel which made it slick and dangerous on your feet, cut the bottom of mine. asked for a mat to put down, never got one.
