What I did not like was how the staff did not accommodate my request to cancel a reservation due to car trouble. I could not afford to waste $240. They should also update the . It made sleeping uncomfortable. We also had noisy people on our floor but that’s not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again but just hope I never have an unexpected cancelation. "
