Good location. Staff were friendly. Our room was not ready for about an hour and a half after check in which was disappointing. The layout of the hotel and parking garage access was odd but not terrible.

We’ve stayed here many times when attending doctors appointments. The beds are always firm in each room. You do hear every siren outside which isn’t fun. Their breakfast bar was clean and a good selection. The hostess working that area was very sweet.

I really liked the fact that when we made a mistake on our reservation. The front desk agent was able to help us out with next steps. Even though we only stayed one night we really were able to rest comfortably after being on the road all day.
