Very clean and surprisingly quiet. We both loved the comfy beds and pillows. The staff were all very kind especially the valet staff and the nice woman who works the coffee shop. "I went there for my 25th anniversary. It was close by just a few minutes away from my house. Everything was great. The person that checked us in was not very happy. He looked like he was in a bad mood. Other than that everything went well I do think that the lounge and the restaurant upstairs need updating a bit. I chose this hotel because this is where I used to come with my husband when we were teenagers."
