"We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our first blended family mini-vacation. The bedroom layout is weird, but the house is great. Our family of 5 had no space issues and everything was super clean. The yard and lake are beautiful. Despite what everyone says though, there is a gator in the lake! This will be where we stay, if possible, whenever we stay around Mt. Dora. "

Our first time Glamping , after years of Cruising the Carribean and following our 3 week England/Santorni vacation this was an extremely pleasant surprise .. Dan proved to be the perfect host .. I would recommend anyone wanting something different to book this location … A memorable overnight staycation .. "

"Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful month spent at the cabin. Our 2 Labs loved the yard. We could open the door and allow them outside to chase the lizards and squirrels. They were safe in the fenced yard and we appreciate being allowed the entire run of the property. We enjoyed the canoes and kayaks. We saw an otter in the lake and a pair of nesting Sandhills cranes-nature at its finest! We might suggest replacing the outside cushions!"

"Very cool & rustic Cabin. We enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind this is it. Close to Orlando & Daytona Beach. We stayed here for a long weekend for Daytona 500 and it did not disappoint. A+"
