The place was clean, very spacious which helped us all get ready faster when it came to having to go out. The host and cohost were both very nice and helpful with information. "This was my 4th Vista Cay Property in the past 5 years or so, and while the room rate was competitive with similar properties in the Resort, this unit was the least tidy and most barebones of any I've stayed in. Bedroom furniture and living room couch are in serious need of replacement. Drywall around the outlets in the main living area was caved in. Comforter on a twin bed in the guest room was visibly dirty and stained. Carpets had visible stains. I'd say the unit was, at best, "adequate." "
