"The front desk girl had the absolute best customer service hands down! But I was upset because I spent close to $300 for a night to insure that as an athlete they would have a hot tub available, that’s why I booked. The hot tub was out of service without any warning. I was really upset and so were the other guests. That’s the main reason I booked with the Hamptons. "
