Staff was nice and friendly, the hotel is pretty average on all aspects, however, my only issue with the room I was staying in was the stale smoke smell. I didn't think much of it until I left the hotel. Unfortunately, the stale smoke smell stayed on my clothing and some of my stuff. Other than that, my stay was great!

I loved the sweet Indian woman was very helpful she was part of the staff anything I asked for she gave it to me. She was so kind such a sweet heart. I overall loved my stay there. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed for a day we booked through Expedia, I checked the comments and they had a lot of terrible reviews we took a gamble anyways. Our 3 o'clock check in went smoothly the Staff was polite. Our rooms were clean the bed was comfy, you can tell they'd been upgrading was a hint of a paint smell but it didn't bother me. Everything worked and it was really Quiet we slept great. They had areas outside for smoking and there was no deposit the kitchenette was very Convenient. I saw 1 roach when we were checking out but no Infestation, this is an Extended Stay and a LOT of people LIVE here, there were children playing and walking around the property.

Worst experience ever. Room har strong paint odor. It was dirty. Asked to be moved and denied. My friend also booked a room via another site, had better room and it was much better. Im guessing Expedia customers get worst rooms. Police presence at night. Very shady. Never again.

Was not good. The room has a smell of paint and something else had to wear my oxygen all the time due to the smell. The AC was not cooling. We have stayed here before and it was not this bad they were actually nice and clean they had tape everywhere NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. We had family come down with us was embarrassed due to the conditions.

After hotels.com change the date i wanted to book the hotel refuse to change the dates or accommodate after knowingly that the date was wrong . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Ac doesnt work well and they are remodeling so water could possibly be off with no notice or anything

Delightfully surprised
The Service was top notch. Front desk; Jaden Friday evening and Dev on Saturday morning. Did not have ice machine, coffee pots in the rooms or hair dryers. No pool either. The kindness of these 2 staff members and willingness to accommodate us was refreshing! I've been in Customer Service and Hospitality For Decades. Best I've seen in a very long time.
