"From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, is bright and inviting, and has plenty of amenities for the price. $8 a day to add breakfast to our package was well worth it and the bistro/cafe staff were so friendly. Drinks were a little pricey but to be expected for the convenience. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing to make for an overall fun and enjoyable stay. We visited a beach only about 10 mins from the hotel as well as plenty of dining options,shopping, or different activities. "

"This hotel is located on a nice part of the beach. I have stayed here before and was impressed with the hotel and staff. There was an issue for me because the room had zero towels or bedding for the sleeper sofa in the room when I arrived. I called the desk right away. Staff was slow to accommodate my request for towels and bedding for the sleeper sofa. Overall slightly disappointed with my stay this time around. "

"Amazing staff and even better service!! This place has EVERYTHING you could need and that’s speaking from just an adult only angle but if you have kids then this place is #1 rated for you!! They offer swimmies for free ( diapers made for swimming for baby’s ). As complimentary on your way to the beach and their actual pool area is AMAZING and has absolutely ANYTHING you could think of needing and even better to they have an AMAZING spa for even deeper relaxation if that’s what your after then this will more than satisfy you and your family! 10/10 recommend!!! "

"We had an AMAZING experience! Everything and everyone was so great! (Vicky at the front desk was PHENOMENAL!!!) We arrived a little earlier than anticipated and even though we was not expecting to be put in our room early, the staff went above and beyond and offered to go ahead and check us in! Any extra towels, toiletries, etc that we needed were provided with no wait. We truly felt like the only guest they were caring for!! The facility is clean, well priced, and as we stayed they were installing a new wooden boardwalk to the beach. The pool and outside area were clean. The parking lot is a little small but have plenty of extra parking right across the street! We will absolutely stay here again! Everyone from Check-In & Out (again Vicky was great!) housekeeping, grounds keeping etc that we encountered spoke and was so nice! 11/10 stars! "
