"Great location! Love availability of chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the beach very helpful. Our room was nice but there was an extremely bright light outside the bedroom. They need room darkening curtains. So bright. We ask for 2 blankets, a remote for TV and only had 1 garbage bags it took them 3 days to deliver after multiple requests. Front desk staff not helpful. Wish the pool was heated. Hardly anyone in the beautiful pools because they were so cold!! Hot tubs were nice. "

I was moved to a location 5 mile from my family with 2 days notice. I spent my time traveling back and forth and did not get to enjoy spending time with my family.
