"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. Room was clean, well-appointed and worked well to get the kids to sleep allowing adults to relax upstairs. Room service menu and quality of food were excellent. Spa and internal and external pool were great, but strict kids hours in the internal pool meant we actually had to swim/play in sub zero temperatures - which was not ideal and quite rude. "For an Inn, the George Inn has blown my mind away from having that welcoming customer services to the comfortable, peaceful, luxurious stay overnight. I wished that I booked for a few days as the location was convenient to all attractions in the area. To top up off, the price is just attractive for a last-minute booking."

"Unable to give a rating for this property as someone else was already staying in the accommodation we had booked thru Vrbo. Spent 4 hours travelling to a luxury lodge for 2 night break. Upon arrival, we found that someone else was already in occupation. The 'Host' of the lodge was unhelpful about our situation and just told us to contact Vrbo who it seems didn't book or confirm our break with the 'host'. The first call to Vrbo lasted just over 5 minutes and then I got cut off. My 2nd call lasted...

"The property was extremely clean and spacious downstairs. The lounge had a large toy corner which was wonderful for our 3 year old grandson. Upstairs was lovely but bedrooms were a bit cramped. Being winter we all had large warm jackets and it would have been useful to have a coat stand or hooks in the hall. We had to drape them over the kitchen chairs. Overall a very pleasant property. "
