"Staff and environment was just top tier. From checking in, and dining in the restaurant, we had no issues during our stay. The rooms are cozy and clean and comfortable. Although the hot tub was closed off, we still enjoyed our stay. The Ohia room was beautiful. Dining dinner options was excellent and great quality food and lots to explore around volcano area! Awesome tropical vibe will make you feel like you are in another country. Be sure to book room #103 for the view outside your window which is an entire wall of glass yet very private.. Self check in and no staff on duty but super easy check in and everything you need is right there for you."
