"We loved the location in relation to Volcano National Park and the town of Volcano. We hopped back and forth to the park and were fortunate to see one of the Kilauea eruptions. We also attended the Volcano Farmers Market on Sunday morning which was very enjoyable. The home was easy to get into once we found it. Be aware that GPS and cell service is very suspect in the area. "The highlight was seeing Kilaeua erupting. You have to check the USGS cam regularly cause it can start and stop any time. So amazing to just run up the road to see spouting lava. Be sure to read the old guestbook entries they go back a hundred years.”It’s prettier here than Indiana.” HA! The wood stove was a life saver cause it can get chilly but what’s better than a cup of coffe and a wood fire? Love this place"

"The whole family loved our stay at this cute and cozy cabin in the rainforest. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need and we enjoyed the gas fireplace and the hot tub. The cabin is close to restaurants, a market, and Volcanoes NP. Ten out of ten we recommend!"
