"Perfect for place for us and priced reasonably. Owner was responsive and helpful, keyless check in made it easy, location was convenient, house was charming and pool table was an excellent addition. We live in a different state but have a daughter that has relocated to the area and we will try to use this home for all our future visits and stays in the area."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake. SML is truly my happy place. The house had a great view of the main channel and Bridgewater Marina. Oh, and the sunsets! Wow. We always love sharing the lake with our dogs who love to swim! Would rent again if there was a floating dock. The slope is steep and riprap challenging for the dogs to get in and out of the water. We spent our nights in the hot tub and making a fire and our days visiting the Alpaca farm, a local vineyard, downtown Roanoke, and a few other places.
