"Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. "We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

The property worked well for us but there were a number of minor issues (closet door out of tracks, grill not working, an no sheets for one of the beds).
