"In general the property is nice and spacious. The location is great, the view is amazing. However there were a few things that overshadowed the good parts and thus will keep us from booking again. 1) the listing is not accurate. The “double sided gas log fireplace” is not usable for guests. Huge bummer. "We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The weather was sunny and warm, it was what our family needed. Thank you and we will be back. "

The keypad codes did not work upon entry, so there was a bit of waiting time to contact the rental company and get that squared away and gain access to the house. It is spacious and lovely. We did have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the 2 bedrooms above the garage, as we did not know where they were located. The kitchen could use a bit of updating in the pots/pans area as well.
