"So…My family of 4, plus a friend, and our 110lb American Bully stayed here on December 13th-15th.And we were very pleased with our stay overall. Let me give the pros and the cons.Pros: Good location. It’s just on the other side of the tunnel and very close to the beach (our dog loved it). The property is very nice and updated. "This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!"

"The home is newly renovated/built. Contemporary furnishings and a nice upgrade to the neighborhood. The parking is in the rear of the house. Only access on arrival is around the front. The listing makes it sound like there’s a hot tub but there’s not. Overall it’s comfortable and clean. "

"Be aware of parking, we ran onto a snag with parking because we drive a larger truck. If your in a car you would have no problem. The owner was wonderful to work with and rectified the problem. We would definitely stay at this owners listings again. "

"This was such a fantastic experience! The home was perfect for our group, the neighborhood very walkable, and the house was very clean. Justin, the guest contact, was also very responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend again."

"We arrived on the first day and could not take showers after long plane trips due to one broken shower head and the other shower that was grossly clogged with gunk. We had to demand the property manager to come fix the problem. She asked my son to help with the repairs. The basic cookware was missing. Some family members felt uncomfortable with the beds due to how flimsy they felt as two large bodies Tattempted to stay still all night so the bed would not break. The house is a bit drabby."
