She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. "We had wonderful sunny days which we enjoyed hiking but also relaxing back at the house with its gorgeous views of the lake -- from every single room on the lakeside of the house. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. "

"This house was perfect for my weekend trip to Winona-I would consider booking again if I return to the area. The pictures were accurate to the space. Property access was simple and explained well. The space was clean and cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Bed is firm, yet comfortable. Location is great and walkable to several eateries and shops. "This VRBO rental was really nice and clean, every bedroom was made up really neat and with updated decorations and amenities. The family room was easy to entertainment small children and very cozy when you turned the fireplace on. It was a short 3 min drive to downtown Duluth/Canal Park area for going out to eat and entertainment at night. The only thing I didn't like is that there were full trash bags outside the backdoor when we arrived from previous people. Maybe they could of been taken out...

"Took my wife and three kids and we had a great time! My kids loved playing on the trampoline and in the hot tub! We even found a Wii and they had fun playing some older games! Host was excellent and great with communication! She even mailed us my son’s stuffed animal that he forgot. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back I was treated with little empathy and concern. It was very difficult to enjoy our stay with the neighbors holding a verbal dispute in there room with their children running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The morning breakfast was an enjoyable experience and yes we would stay again. "
