"This had easy access to everything in Tyson's Corner and McClean that we had planned for the weekend. My room was clean, the elevator worked, and the bed was comfortable. There were really no complaints. When I checked in on Thursday, they said I would get housekeeping every other day. I checked out on Sunday and didn't have housekeeping once. I got a late checkout on Sunday, they gave me one hour. Housekeeping came 3 times in that hour, but we were trying to maximize the time in the room since...

"I rated my overall stay good since I was first given a room that it seemed like it was previously had someone staying there and the room was not ready. Had to go back to the concierge and then given a cleaned and ready room. The shampoo was almost finished and no hair conditioner. So this was the reason for my good rating. "

"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."
