This is a Hyatt!? The elevator service for the 2nd year in a row was HORRENDOUS!! There were times when it literally took 5-8 minutes for an elevator to arrive!! That is completely unacceptable. The walls seem quite thin. I could clearly hear the conversation from the room on one side of me and was woken up by the sound of the alarm clock from the room on the other side. Those 2 things said, the hotel was clean and well cared for and any employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nicely situated . The lobby ambience was attractive. The elevators were a bit slow though. Breakfast was good. Dinner was average though. Too salty. Room was spacious and nice. Parking for a fee though.

The room carpet was old and had wide marks. Amenities were poor in room. Shuttle service made to wait more than an hour in cold weather at airport. Front desk staff so so. Surprised to such with Hyatt that is supposed to have a strong brand name. Will now have to think before choosing Hyatt again. Overall very disappointed, standard is poor

I noticed that the rooms were a little older. At least ours was. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and it didn’t close or lock properly. Otherwise, the beds were really comfortable and the room was clean.
