"I wasn’t happy that there wasn’t too much leniency on early or late check ins or check outs. Most other hotels I have used in the past have allowed checkins as early as 2am day of as well as 2pm for check outs. This includes Hilton, Marriott and best western. The diamond resort was just purchased by Hilton so hopefully in the future they will be lenient for request from guest. "Communication was flawless from booking to checkout, condo was clean, and everything was comfortable after a long day of snowboarding. "

"This is a great location - may be the closest spot to stay on the way to the park that includes the beach. Accommodations are simple, but the price is right. We stayed here with 6 adults. The pull-out bed downstairs was cracked in the middle so the mattress sagged. I told the host about it after we left and he said he had a guy who would fix the bed."

"A group of 25 teachers gathered to enjoy professional development and relaxation at the Westcott House. We had a wonderful time relaxing in all of the cozy spots and enjoying the pretty views of the fall leaves. We were glad to see the deck boards replaced from our visit two years ago. Our only complaint this time is how many stubbed toes we went home with from the raised bath mats! The property is wonderful and we hope to return again!"
