"Hotel Convenent Review I recently stayed at Royal Sonesta and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to the metro train station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable environment to unwind after a busy day. The front desk staff stood out for their friendliness and accommodating attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. The only downside was the bed, which was much too soft for my liking. I found myself sinking into the mattress, which made it difficult to get comfortable and led to a restless night’s sleep. Despite the issue with the bed, I would still recommend Royal Sonesta for its prime location, great service, and clean accommodations. Just be mindful if you prefer a firmer mattress!"

Ranee and Bernadette at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful during check-in, even recommending some fantastic local restaurants that made my stay extra special. I felt safe throughout my time there, and I loved the cozy, thoughtfully designed rooms. The housekeeping staff were all hardworking, accommodating women who went above and beyond to meet my needs. "Wonderful location, staff and stay. Pleasantly surprised, we had a family vacation with our 11 year old son. Hotel was wonderful in amenities, location is very convenient and staff go beyond their duties to make you feel welcomed. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are comfy and clean."

"This property was affordable and “hip.” I liked the room decor, the bed was comfortable, and it was a convenient location. The bathrooms are a little outdated, and the doors don’t block out much sound from the hallway. Otherwise, it was good for my work trip. I will be back."
