"I was given a smokers room so I asked the clerk to switch out. She said.no because I booked through hotels.com/expedia nothing could be done. I would have to book through motel 6 nest time. So we got to the room and it was horrible! Reeled of years of smoke,hole in bathroom door. The final insult was the bed. The springs were poking through the mattress. It was like a bed of nails. ! So we kinda lost it and were preparing to leave The phone rang and it was the front desk She now offered...

".Needs new mattress.old and hard with big holes you have to climb out of. Not comfortable. Hotel gad no record of my Expedia reservation. Took 4 different people and 2 callbacks until got to someone @ Expedia who had to call the hotel on a separate line to resolve.1.5 hrs."

"My stay was okay, was next to the freeway so it was quite loud. The TV had cuts through the screen I asked for new chains of sheets because whoever made the bed didn't care for the sheets at that time there was one guy working at the front desk all night all morning and even the next day I believe it was okay too microwave refrigerator worked"
