We liked our stay in LA at this property; it made us feel home away from home. The staff is courteous, and pancakes at breakfast were the kids' favorite, though we ran out of them for a few days. That was only a sour point.

Parking prices add up for the duration of your stay. The units are a bit outdated but convenient given the location and price. If you’re on the first floor, expect to hear everything from guests on the second floor. The staff are great!

Front desk was super helpful and very respectful Angie is great at what she does. Our room was amazing. We got the penthouse 2 bedroom which was great for my family. Room has a full size kitchen… Pots, Pans, utensils, everything you need. We will definitely come back.

The staff was very helpful with arrangements for my disabled mother who was staying there when she was evacuated for the Eaton Fire. We needed a first floor wheelchair-accessible room and and extra key and parking pass to be picked up by her caregiver. Everything worked out perfectly.
