"Hotel seems nice and near airport but we were told we could get shuttle but weren’t able to get through to hotel on phone number given….then eventually someone answered and then we were told to catch taxi and we’d be reimbursed….but we weren’t…so bit disappointing as we also had to pay for bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1…."
