"Other than the restaurant, who were very nice, the hotel staff was not nice. At least the night shift. At 6 am in the morning, they were so loud that I had to go out of my room and warn them. They still didn't keep it down. The second day it was the same issue. "

"Excellent stay in Polanco! The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the main attractions in the city and walking distance from excellent dinning and shopping experiences. The hotel is great and it has its own very good dining options, as well as a great little coffee shop with delicious baked good which is perfect for early morning excursions."
