"My husband and I booked this BW hotel in the vicinity of both UCLA where my son is a student and West LA where my daughter lives and works. We could not have been happier with the level of service we received. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the shower head in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately. "I LOVE this hotel. I love the neighborhood - and that you can walk around and find SO MANY amazing food options. It's also close to the Korean spa I like to frequent when I'm in town. Sitting poolside is heavenly and they have great food and beverage. The staff is very nice. I also really like that you can take the FlyAway bus from LAX to Union Station, and then the D metro line right to the hotel. The only thing that can be an issue is noise from adjacent rooms. On both of my recent stays, I had some issues sleeping through the night because of people either partying in the rooms next to me, or music coming from other rooms. "
