"Having an apartment overlooking a canal in Venice says it all but we feel we should add a few more positives. The neighborhood is Venetian and real, only a hop, skip, or jump from the popular tourist areas. The apartment has lots of windows as it’s a corner unit. "The location was very good. We shared a bathroom and it did not have AC. They did give us a fan to use on our second night stay. It was close to the train station. "

"The location of this apartment was really convenient for train travel. It was also very pretty and quite clean, a great size with all the amenities we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the short walks to get cicchetti by the canals as well. We did, however, have a few issues. Just as a note, this place is not good if you need flexibility on your arrival because the check in time you indicate is kind of set in stone.
