"The hotel and staff are wonderful. Our room overlooked the Grand Canal during Carnival. Very nice. The only minor issue we had was the bed and pillows. Both were very hard, but the room was very lovely and appointed very nicely. Great location across the canal from the train station. Easy to get to everything."

"The hotel is very close to the VCE airport, if you take a taxi it cost you 20 euro fo a 3 minute ride. So don't do it, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. The single room is small but with a comfortable large twin bed. They offer breakfast at an extra fee. The young lady at the reception area was so kind and she spoke perfect English. I highly recommend the this hotel if you need to be close to the airport."
